I’m not a NASCAR fan. I hung out with my Dad while he watched many an hour of NASCAR so I do feel some connection and damn if this article didn’t bring tears to my eyes. If NASCAR of all organizations can act like this then no one has any excuses. I’m totally getting some Bubba Wallace gear.

I haven’t watched much nascar either, but I did watch the 2nd half of that race, and the ending was frankly awesome. The guy who got third place crossed the finish line backwards.

The other cool thing that happened that race was Corey LaJoie pushing Bubba in to the pits when he ran out of gas. But yes, good on NASCAR for everything they did yesterday!

From the article:
A crewman found the noose and took it to NASCAR security, which then took it to NASCAR president Steve Phelps and his team. No one else had seen it. Wallace didn’t even know about it until Phelps called him on Sunday and told him.
Umm... That seems a little

It was nice seeing Richard Petty come out in support. Offers a nice contrast to the dipshits posting pictures of Smollett , insinuated Bubba put the noose there himself.

The King himself. He’s been an ally since way back in the day.

It’s been a little discouraging to see how many morons we have walking around. Oppo is not immune from these people.

As Mr. Rogers said you need to focus on the helpers. It is sad to see it on Oppo but I still feel Oppo is more accepting than the average population.

I see this quote all the time, and while very true, he was telling tha t to the children. It’s our responsibility as adults to be the helpers, not look for them.

I met Kyle Petty back in the 90’s. He seems like a damn good person. From what I’ve read Richard is the same way.
That one meeting was enough that once I got a big boy job I started making a small annual donations to their Victory Junction camps.

Classic Sorosian tactics. Or maybe Antifa?
